So is 'marzec' here in instrumental case?

Nope, it's nominative. You use nominative when one noun "is" another noun. „Jutro” is not a noun.

Thanks, for some reason I thought that "Marsz" was the nominative form of this word.

„Marsz” is an act of marching, for example. Or a genre in music (particularly, military related). „Marzec” is a month.
