It depends on the person and the number of persons. In English, you have "you walk" and "he walkS". That is so easy. Hungarian has a version for each person:

Én sétálok - I walk
Te sétálsz - You walk
Ő sétál - He/she walks

Mi sétálunk - We walk
Ti sétáltok - You walk
Ők sétálnak - They walk

What's the difference between "sétálsz" and "maga sétál"?

Formality. "Maga sétál" can be used in formal situations (and it may even sound a bit... harsh? cold? not the most common formal way imo)
