"Jó söfőröket kérek" - only this one is OK. Whowever, the word "want" means "akarok" in Hungarian but it's a very strong word. Native speakers would rather say "Jó söfőröket szeretnék (would like)"
"Kérek" = I am asking for
Only use personal pronouns in Hungarian if you want to emphasise it: "Én jó söfőröket kérek" = "It is ME who asks for good drivers (and not you)"
