They really should add the option where you can slowly hear a sentence word by word, because unfortunately I do not have the patience to spent 80 tries every time I try to complete a single lesson or skill practice, it's way too fast.

That would require Duolingo to fork some money for rerecording all or at least most of the sentences. Given that they haven't done that in any other course with human audio, I doubt they'll do it for Hungarian.

But all other languages have said option, I think it is strange this one does not.

Not all of them; just the ones that have a text-to-speech engine ("computer voice").

Esperanto and Irish also have a human voice (and thus no slow version). I think Ukrainian does, too.

So, most of Duo's languages have TTS, but not quite all of them.

Yup, Ukrainian has human audio. So do Vietnamese and Hebrew.
