I've already reported this, but really, no native English speaker I've ever heard ever phrases questions like this. I'd say something like "Why is there no ship here?" or "Why isn't there a ship here?"
Unfortunately there are hundreds of reports going in every day, because of faulty or missing translations, based on my experience. I guess we just have to be patient.
I think you could say "Why isn't a ship here?" (I.e., I don't think you need the "there".) It does sound very strange with the current word order.
