How can I stop mobile analytics (aws) spamming its requests constantly?

I use µBlock with the EasyPrivacy‎ list enabled. A script in duolingo constantly repeats requests to https://mobileanalytics.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/2014-06-05/events and even fills my ram. The longer I am on duolingo the worse. Here are two images for clarification: http://imgur.com/a/lIxUc Is this a website bug, or is there a tampermonkey script or list to work around that? I have no intention to disable my block of Amazons mobile analytics.

If you have an editable hosts file, you could redirect requests to that domain onto your local system by adding a line to your hosts file: mobileanalytics.us-east-1.amazonaws.com

(Use a tab rather than a space between the “1” and the “m”.)

I already kind of doing that, but I don't use the hosts file, but I use uBlock instead. Remove the filter from uBlock and putting it into the host files instead would not remove the constant pinging. The only thing it does would be to cancel out the additional memory usage of uBlock, but as you see in the screenshot this wouldn't be that much (the Duolingo tab is more important).

No, it wouldn’t remove the constant pinging, but that pinging would not traverse the Net. If you use a Web proxy, you could configure it to remove the AWS SDK mobile analytics JavaScript code from duolingo.com pages, thereby eliminating the pinging.
