Yay! I mean I already know Arabic which makes it easier for me...but the challenge I faced most is the sentence structure, once you get used to it though it's not that bad!

Yup, nearly 5000 words.

If you do the math, 6500 arabic words, plus 5000 french words, you have already 11.500 words. Before you start.

Yeah, that's great. I didn't have that luck. It took me months to reach the 2000 word level in Turkish, which is where I am now.

My position in French is very different: I started with a huge vocabulary, and if I ever want to learn Portuguese, I'd start with 90% fluency because I am a native Spanish speaker.

Good luck! You'll probably pass me in a month.
