Both are the same. The Duolingo course always uses nước ép.

On android you can download tge vietnamese keyboard, with that you'll be able to. You type a vowel (or a whole word even), and then add the accent by finding them at rarely used letters: S, F, J, X, R. It's not hard once you get used to it.
