'Tori' is the word used in this context although 'Y Ceidwadwyr' (The conservatives) would be more normally used when a respectable non pejorative word is needed.

I didn’t know ‘Tory’ was a pejorative O_O

Its root is pejorative but I don't believe it is deemed as such today as news outlets and the general public use it readily. Also, if referring to the government and its MPs I don't believe it a bad thing to use pejoratives, as they are the oppressor.
