Finally finished my French Tree!!!!!
I'm finally done with my french tree and earned my first golden owl :D I'm so happy...now I can focus on completing my Turkish lessons and might start another course! Thank you Duolingo!
That's awesome!! Congratulations to you! :D Good luck on your Turkish, too. Are you going to do the reverse tree, do you know??
Congratulations. I'm curious why you want to learn Turkish? I've not heard of anyone wanting to learn Turkish after French. Usually it's Spanish or Italian.
I started them both together in the first place, also I already know Arabic so Turkish is kind of close and easy to learn...somewhat....either way I am planning to add another course after I get to Turkish level 10. I'm thinking either Spanish, Italian, or German.
If you can learn Arabic you can learn any language.
I've been wondering what I'll do after I finish my French. I was leaning towards Spanish as it's ubiquitous in the US, but then I was thinking of learning Esperanto as a base for other languages. Lately, I've been toying with the idea of Italian. I don't expect to finish my tree for a couple more months, so there will be time for me to decide.
Congratulations! Enjoy the Turkish lessons!
Well...less than a year but don't take it from me...I'm not on here all the time and I don't care about streaks so it took me longer than it should have xD
Finoforever13, I don't understand how you already finish your french tree...I was told that we need to get up to level 25 and we need to reach 30,000 EXP,.....May you explain to us ?
I don't think that's the case :/ When I hit level 12 I had about 3 more lessons to getting my golden owl, but I think that's because I postponed doing my decaying lessons until AFTER I finished the whole tree.
But I've seen other people like level 15 or 13 get their tree done so it's not unusual, which in that case I think your source is wrong...also I upload and do a lot of immersion for my XP so i guess that added on to it
Merci :D !!! Tu apprends beaucoup de langues alors bonne chance à toi aussi!
Congratulations. I hope one day to be able to say the same. I am also planning after French to tackle Turkish. All the best in your languages learning journey.
