language fluency

This morning I've reached 5% of fluency in Swedish language (using my phone) but then while I was checking my page (using my computer) the fluency was 3%. Is there a reason? thanks

È opinione comune che quel numero sia da ignorare totalmente, dà sempre problemi di questo tipo e non è per niente affidabile!

What DuoFaber said.

Also, the fluency rating goes up when you practice and down when you don't, to simulate how your brain forgets what you've learned. But yes, ignore it -- it's notoriously unreliable, and certainly doesn't measure the kind of fluency that is usually meant by the term.
