Copied from my post on another thread: The word אווירון is an older word, not regularly used anymore but definitely correct. DL will probably not accept it though, as they come to teach colloquial use and the word אווירון has pretty much fallen from everyday use. See link below for the history of the words אווירון/מטוס.

I don't think they are. Can't think of situation when יותר is used as 'already'. Do you have an example?

How would you say "I don't have a flight anymore"? As in, I was supposed to fly out tomorrow but they cancelled my flight so now I have no idea when I will be able to leave. ...אין לי כבר Surely it won't be the same word "matos", right?
