Simply Station is also correct. Or at least it was accepted in previous lessons.
I think "Pályaudvar" would be considered to be a Train/Railway station in a sentence such as "The train arrives at the station" you could possibly get away with just "station" to avoid repeating "train" in the English sentence. In this sentence, however, it's important to stress train/railway station otherwise the ppl could be waiting at an old bus station (buszmegálló).
