Translation: Nicht jeder

What's the difference between jeder and jedes. Nicht jedes seems also right.

Jeder is for masculine (der) nouns. Jedes is for neuter (das).

'nicht alle' can be correct, too, depending on the context. But 'alles' is 'everything/anything'.
