Founded in 1977, the Republic of Molossia is a micronation comprising three enclaves, one in Nevada and two in California, as well as a large claim of land (lava sea?) on Venus.

There are two official languages there: English and Esperanto.

The current leader is His Excellency, President Grand Admiral Colonel Doctor Kevin Baugh, President and Raïs of Molossia, Protector of the Nation and Guardian of the People, who founded the nation.

Here's their website: http://www.molossia.org/countryeng.html

They also have an Esperanto course there: http://www.molossia.org/esperanto.html

They even have a space program!

EDIT (from evildea): Hutt River Province has Esperanto in their constitution as well! http://www.principality-hutt-river.com/

Respubliko de la Insulo de la Rozoj (ligilo en la angla) estis ankaû esperanta parolanta mikronacio. When Italy went to war with the esperanto micro-nation Insulo de la Rozoj

Por kio la Malossia faras malpaco kun la orienta Germanio? Ili vendas milito-mono (war bonds) por financi la militon kontraŭ la DDR, ke nun ne ekzistas...

If Molossia truly wishes to be an Esperanto-friendly nation, they should drop the redundant 's' in their name: Molosia.

They weren't originally an Esperanto-speaking nation. They adopted it as their second language, and now many communications are done both in English and Esperanto.

I actually already have one! It's called the Refinkate of Ketralos. Its official languages are Esperanto, English, Turkish, Ukrainian, and German. Would you like to join as an administrative division of Ketralos?

Where is its location? By its name, Ketralos could be a former Greek island...
