"There are not any people moving away from the city, but some are traveling to other countries." is given here as the correct translation.

I wrote "No people are moving away from the city, but some are travelling to different countries."

It marked it as incorrect and indicated that "No people are moving away from the city, but some travel off to different countries." was correct.

"Travel off" - who says that? Should my translation have been marked correct?
