can we say 'az új házban várlak' ?

Yes, and that's definitely what you would say if you wanted to tell someone where you are waiting for them.

I'll be waiting for you in the new house?

Anyone, please correct me if i am wrong, but as i understood the use of the future or lack thereof in Hungarian so far even
Tomorrow I'll be waiting for you in the new house.
would translate to
Holnap az új házban várlak.

A holnap/Tomorrow needs will-future in English, right? But without tomorrow in the Hungarian original, there is no need to make it a future action, the waiting can already happen now?
