It took 'con vịt và con rắn có lịch sự không' but I am still wondering about the rules for when you have to include 'có' as per 'có....không' and when you can just say 'không' at the end.
I heard: "có ..... không?" for yes/no questions and just "không?" for generelly indicating that it is a question.
Can anyone confirm?
If you are correct, then the duolingo translation is wrong as thus is definitely a yes/no question.
A strange sentence :/
