Duolingo website is stalling, gives 404 errors, is not working well today at all
The website was down briefly (I checked isitdownrightnow.com) and while now it is supposedly functioning again, it is nearly impossible to get anything done. There are long hangs, and displays 404 errors. If I get to translations in immersion, I can't edit the translations. When reviewing lessons my progress is not saved. :-(
I can see there are several other comments reporting issues with the site. It doesn't seem related to what browser is used. Hopefully we'll be up and running soon!
Same here! I've tried 2 computers and 2 different browsers on each. Very frustrating!
10 minutes later -- I just tried again and it worked perfectly. Hopefully whatever is going on gets worked out soon.
Also using different computers and NO VOICES on either, so i cannot practice. Bells seems to work, but no voices. This happened on one computer 2 weeks ago and i switched to another computer. Now it is working on neither!!!
I'm also having same problem. I've tried to do practice twice, but still 0 xp. And after each answer it keeps loading quite long. Streak Freeze is equipped and ready.
I also had an issue - I did lessons several times (after having a lot of trouble with loading times) and my progress was not recorded, so I lost a streak. This seems widely reported, are they going to do anything about it?
Yesterday Duolingo went down halfway through my daily exercises and I haven't been able to get back on since. When will it be sorted?
