It looks that someone holds a grudge against Budapest
Even as an example sentence "to learn" I do not agree with the sentence. In Budapest people are not fat and not lazy. In Budapest the most people do their best hard working and maybe very tired but not lazy
It's called "sense of humor", ever heard of it?
