Greek keyboard needed?

Do I need to download the Greek keyboard? This is my first time trying a language with a different alphabet, so I am genuinely asking, please do not down vote the post.

I use the Greek keyboard in windows. How do I apply accent marks. I keep getting the "typo" message when I have to answer in Greek.

On the Greek Windows keyboard, it should be the key to the right of the L key (semicolon on a US keyboard).

Type that -- nothing appears yet -- then type the vowel key, and you should get the accented version of the vowel.

It is necessary, if you use windows you can download it to your keyboard! But most part of time, you will need only the English keyboard
