I would have loved if he had integrated more passages in Kaszubian, rather than just recounting how Oskar's grandmother cursed in it. It's the same with Lower German in the Buddenbrooks, or any fictional language in the Lord of the Rings. Authors are always so shy about using languages in their texts, it's a pity!

The person who asks the question is propably asking if you prefer Polish or German literature
