"Tôi có tám quyển sách tổng cộng " My answer would have accepted :(
Tổng cộng tôi có tám quyển sách should be accepted, shouldn't it?
Why not phrase it... "I have a total of eight books." The syntax makes more sense.
So if directly translating Duolingo answer it says
I have total 8 books
Which i guess translates to
I have a total of 8 books.
Therefore "Tôi có tám quyển sách tổng cộng" is marked as incorrect
difference between QUYEN & CUON?
They are the same meaning, but "quyển" is northern dialect and "cuốn" is southern dialect.
You got that backwards. You'll never hear a southern speaker say cuốn
"tôi có tất cả tám quyển sách / tôi có tám quyển sách tất cả" should be accepted. (I am Vietnamese)
Thank you very much for the helpful comments.
Duo can fix this already.
