Course relationship graph again

About a year ago HappyEvilSlosh posted a course relationship graph. I thought it was time for an update.

Here is a graph of everything which has changed in the last six months

course relationship graph

Red is incubating, yellow is beta and green is graduated.

The full graph is pretty massive so I won't embed it. Take a look here. I'm quite excited for the potential of Spanish to become a second hub in the graph.

The data was generated by interrogating the Duolingo API with a python script (https://github.com/iron-bun/python_scripts/blob/master/duo_to_graphviz.py) and formatting the data for graphviz (http://www.graphviz.org/). The graph differences is a work in progress and hasn't been pushed to github yet.

This is super cool! O.O

I like this format better than the one in the link. It's easier to see and VERY cool!

The full graph makes my head spin (not that it's a bad thing). So many courses...

(missed EO for ES in red)

Acorrding to the EO for ES page, it entered the incubator ten months ago and since it's still not in Beta it won't show here because it hasn't changed status.

Grand so, I thought you were showing everything that had changed since the other graph.

Afraid not. It's a six month diff because that's the data I have.
