I think that the course needs to include 'also' as a translation for 'is'. It is more widely used in English than 'too'.

I think it's also correct to say "Are people from those cities moving away too?" Because the emphasis in the Hungarian sentence is on cities. Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not native in either language
