It is kind of wrong in what is contrasted with what. And that thing would be what you place in front of the verb. Compare these sentences:

"Temelletted vagyok boldog, nem pedig őmellette (vagyok boldog)." - words in parantheses implied

"Temelletted boldog vagyok, őmellette pedig szomorú (vagyok)." - szomorú = sad
Or:
"Temelletted boldog vagyok, őmellette pedig nem (vagyok boldog)."
