Please if you can tell me why "Ezekhez a hajókhoz" is acceptedand and "Ezekre a hajókra" is not accepted ? I think the second solution is correct as well. Maybe both should be accepted.

I assume that you also used "azokra". I think you have a case, but it does say "to" rather than "onto", but in other circumstances, Mr. D has expected us to know that they are going into the zoo, when he only said "to the zoo". If you met this in the hoz/hez set of exercises, you would have been on the inside track :) You will also need to be careful where you place the "ezekre a hajókra", "férfiak és nők", "mennek", "azokra", "pedig", and "gyerekek" elements, there's plenty of room for error.

What's wrong with "ferfiák és nők ezekhez a hajókhoz mennek, gyerekek pedig azokhoz"?

It's accepted now.

Why not gyerekek meg azokra. It is a positive option not a negative one which might use pedig.

They seem to be looking for "azokhoz" (etc). The word "pedig" is more introducing a contrasting option rather introducing a negative option, and often its contrast can be very very subtle. However, I imagine that "meg" should be acceptable.

That is really difficult to translate. Why not: ;és a gyerekek azokhoz?

It should be fine, but without the "a".

Actually, you need the a.

Szórend, már megint a szórend: "Ezekhez a hajókhoz férfiak és nők, azokhoz pedig gyerekek mennek"
