“How dare you” is an exclamation therefore it requires an exclamation point. It's a rhetorical question that doesn't require a response so a question mark is not needed.

I think sentence is correct, except for the question mark, like "How dare you kick my dog!". But I have never encountered hate for my camera. Having gone through Canon and Nikon 35 MM SLR cameras and now I use an iPhone, I could envision someone with a Samsung expressing hate for mine...
