Would "my address" be different or is it the same?

address is διεύθυνση.

Direction and address in English are not the same concept, Greek apparently uses one word for both ideas and context is necessary to differentiate? Correct me if I'm wrong.

In English "my direction" can have the meaning of the direction of a play or a project. Is this valid in Greek?

No, that doesn't work in Greek. It would be σκηνοθεσία for a play and something like οδηγίες for a project. You could say you're giving direction / δίνω (την) κατεύθυνση to say you're instructing people where you want the play/project to go, but it cannot be used to describe your own action, if that makes sense.
