It's No Use!

Guys, I really need some troubleshooting help. Whenever I try and access any test, quiz, or even a review, the screen either doesn't change, or it goes to the normal test-taking screen. The only problem with it is that it is completely blank, and there are no answers or questions, only the skip button. I press that, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm at a loss!
