Is there a difference between "de rien" and C'est rien"?

I've heard something like "je t'en prie", is this correct?

yes je t'en prie is acceptable - I'm in here looking for what nuance it holds.

Too bad, I was looking for some discussion on what Je t'en prie means, exactly, but it's mostly two people arguing about an idiom. For what it's worth, in my opinion, "it is nothing" is a gallant response, but in english it would be considered VERY formal. Not rude.
