I couldn't complete my certificate test

Hi, I purchased a certificate test (with lingots), but it froze after three questions and I reloaded the page after a couple of minutes, losing the test. I purchased another certificate test and was able to complete that test, but I lost the first test that I had purchased. I use google chrome. Is this a problem with the site, or do I just have connection issues? Thanks for any assistance.
