Blitzpost is of a German origin... Blitzkrieg= lighting war etc.

Der Blitz = the lightning / flash

Can maiil also mean just mail?

Mail is דואר, electronic mail is דואר אלקטרוני. mail מייל or אימייל might be used colloquially only to refer to electronic mail.

אוקיי, תודה.

What's going on here?

Marked wrong for writing "send me the email".

Email doesn't need to be hyphenated anymore. Many style guides now use "email," including the "Chicago Manual of Style", dictionaries too are using "email" (including Cambridge and Oxford), and the biggest grammar sites, like grammarly.com, grammarbook.com and GrammarGirl @ quickanddirtytips.com

(Yes, you can go argue it should be e-mail. But as "email" is now accepted by so many sources, and it doesn't alter the definition to remove the hyphen, I don't see why it shouldn't be accepted here).
