"Do we have breakfast together?"

so "facciamo" is used instead of "mangiamo" in the case of having all meals? or is it only used for breakfast?

Mostly for breakfast: fare colazione or fare merenda (eat a snack). It's not correct (or at least very uncommon) "fare pranzo" while "fare il pranzo" is usually intended as cooking lunch.
