I still don't understand why you can't use the word larger in place of bigger. I think that this answer should be accepted.

It should be accepted. Maybe they are spaceballs fans.

Is this word order acceptable? -- המסך שלי יותר גדול מהמסך שלה

Larger should be accepted

Could you use the word larger in place of bigger?

Why it doesn't accept "display"?

I haven't tried this to see if it's accepted or not, but 'My screen is bigger than yours' should be accepted, as the repetition of 'screen' here is redundant in English.

Hers, not yours.

Aarrh!! Thanks. :-) In that case, 'My screen is bigger than hers' ought to be accepted, in my opinion.

DL is indeed accepting "My screen (or monitor) is bigger than hers" -- avoiding the redundancy that is awkward in English.
