Shouldnt this say "כלביה רץ" or "כלביםיה רצים?"

l כלביה = כלבים + שלה (her dogs). for a single male dog you would say "כלבה" (don't confuse with כלבה as a female dog). for a single female dog "כלבתה". Also, ם is a suffix letter. It will always be the last letter of the word (and there are no exceptions).

BTW the tanach does have a couple of places where ם is in the middle of a word, or מ at the end.
