I thought thìa was a regular spoon. what is the difference?
Cái muỗng is Southern Vietnamese for "the" spoon. "A" spoon would be một cái + muỗng or thìa (Northern Vietnamese).
In another sentence, "a spoon" was translated as "một chiếc muỗng". Should the classifier be "cái" or "chiế", or are they interchangeable?
