Any difference between Bạn có muốn ngồi không? and Bạn muốn ngồi không? Both are correct answers here.

có is used here for emphasis.

e.g. In response to a yes or no question you could say "không" (no) or "không có!" (NOPE)

I think there's a bug. I wrote "Bạn muốn ngồi không?" which was marked as correct but said another correct solution is "Bạn muốn ngồi không?"

I had the same, but there was an extra space in between 'Bạn' & 'muốn'. Just an oversight and a little funny as it has happened more than once.
