Yes it is absolutely correct, in fact you would say "Εγώ πάντα ταξιδεύω" only if you want to emphasize what you (εγώ) do.

For a example a friend says: "Μένω πάντα στο σπίτι το καλοκαίρι" (I always stay at home in the summer) and you reply "Εγώ πάντα ταξιδεύω" to stress the fact that you have different preferences than him.

the answer in Greek is incorrect. παντα is shown without an accent in the preferred Greek translation
