Is "you live over an American bank" wrong?

No, it's fine. I think they usually accept "above" for felett / fölött, but "over" and "above" are almost always fine and interchangeable.

I put "you all live above an American bank," and it was marked incorrect. Does not 'Ti' imply that the speaker is talking to more than one person? Ex. "Szeretlek" is I love you, but "szeretlek titeket" is I love you all - sidebar, please excuse my spelling. My Hungarian spelling is very poor. Should I report it, or am I mistaken in thinking that 'ti' means you all?
