Can we translate a different language than what we are leariing?

I am learning French in English but my native language is not English nor included in duolingo, yet. Is it possible to do the translation between other languages than what we are learning at the moment?

i have a related problem. my native language is german, but due to absent-mindedness on my part i registered as a native english speaker (learning spanish). Is there a way to change that without creating a new account? I feel that besides it making more sense when learning another language i would be more helpful to the project itself if i translated into my native language.

Im also wondering this. I am Swedish speaking but fluent enough to do the lessons in English. However I would make much better translations to Swedish..
