What are your guys thoughts on the program? How many languages did you go premium with? right now it has a deal and looks fun but not sure if it's worth it. It has Finnish and some other languages and also the tutorial made it seem like it was a little more challenging than other websites.
I use it without paying where daily lessons pop up. I like it a lot as a tool to help with duolingo
I have access to premium (using the code MONDLY, not sure if it still works). The daily lessons are the best part of the site, I think.
They can have so many languages because they all use the same lesson structure - that means you won't learn anything specific and not much grammar in general. But it's okay for vocabulary and basic phrases.
Sometimes it's inconsistent - like for optional words (pronouns), some sentences require them and some not. And not all of them have enough alternative answers set up. Also sometimes some sentences in a lesson use one word and others another synonym, which might be confusing.
It has recorded audio for all the sentences. It's easier when you use it with sound, because it reads the sentence to you before answering and you just have to type it (or tap on the words). So it helps with those inconsistencies (you do not need to guess which version they want now) but of course that also means that you won't learn that much.
Check the difficulty settings - on easy, you just reorder the words in the sentences (but I think you still need to type if the question is a single word). If you set the difficulty higher, you get to type more.
It doesn't have spaced repetition, but the daily lessons draw from the same database so at least they bring the words back from time to time.
Generally speaking, I think it's fine to use as one of many tools, but don't rely too much on it.
Yes, the access / redeem voucher code still works: http://web-tips.co.uk/mondly-languages-free-premium-code-unlock-mondly-lesson/
