Ναι, ευχαριστω is correct as well in opinion of my greek wife
What is being taught here is "Yes, please. - "παρακαλώ" means "please". "Ναι, ευχαριστώ". is "Yes, thank you"
Thanks for the reassurance! This one always confuses me a bit!
Όχι and ναι always confuse me
Just wait 'til you learn how to shake your head for yes and no....
Do Greeks shake their heads just like the Bulgarians, horizontally for yes and vertically for no?
No, we move our heads down for yes (maybe with a twist, as if trying to reach your shoulder with your chin and possibly closing the eyes) and we move our head and brows upwards for no (possibly also making a laconic ts sound).
My samsung keyboard can not write Greek alphabets. That is why I could not pass the writting trail.
Help, where the answer must be given I cannot type the Greek alphabet!
