To me, "in this restaurant " sounds strange. "At" or "of" would be better.
Looks like this has been translated too literally from VN. 'They want to see the wine list...' would make more sense.
"Alcohol list" should also be accepted.
Yes ! 'in' is the litteral translation of the Vietnamese word, but 'of' would be used by English speaking persons.
In English we wouldn't "know" a wine list, we would "look at," "examine," or "inspect" it
Maybe I'm getting too used to Duo's Vietlish but "know" didn't strike me as strange. "Know what's on the the list" is easy enough to understand from the sentence.
