I started thinking in Spanish!
Finally, after 11 months of learning Spanish, I finally did it!
I was reading the words on this image, and completely forgot they were in another language. I didn't even subconsciously translate them into English in my head.
All the hard work really does pay off =D
X3 thats really cool!! Last year I was doing french, but i switched to spanish, ive already started dreaming in spanish.
Nice! I was writing a paper in Language Arts, and halfway through it I started writing in Spanish, and I didn't even notice until I went back and read it all.
Congratulations on your achievement. Encourages slackers like me to do more hard work.
That is Awesome!!! Congratulations!!! :) :) :) Have a lingot! (I'd give you 10 if I weren't poor! :) )
I had the same experience, when I was learning English (English is not my native language).
The most awesome experience was to dream in English. I am looking forward to get the same experience with Spanish.
You are fortunate and I am sure you work very hard. I'm still looking forward to that day as a student of Italian.
That's so cool! Have you only been using Duolingo, or do you take an actual class? For me, I take a class and use this app. I can think in Spanish - or subconsciously translate some things!! I'm so excited to keep learning Spanish!
Nope, I've never taken a Spanish class. There aren't any here, anyway.
congrats :) :), I did not understand the whole image. Just some words, but I`ve saved it, lets see how much it will take me to fully understand it, :D
That's impressive and cool! Here's a lingot for the road. :P Also i'm curious as to what that image says so can you translate?
Everyone talks about peace,
but no one is trained for peace.
In this world, people train for competition,'
And competition is the beginning of every war.
It wasn't a literal translation, but I did my best =)
That's awesome! I've only been studying Spanish for a couple of weeks so I'm far from that point yet but I can't wait til that time comes.
i suck at Spanish and I definitely don't practicee it every day so i don't think I will ever get to that level
Congrats! Have you been learning only on duolingo or have you been supplementing with other things?
Of course I've been supplementing with other things.
I watch YouTube videos and read books, I've translated articles and I used to write in Spanish in my diary (went back to English though :) I've also had several language partners and I listen to Spanish music :) Basically everything that invloves the language helps.
Well, I'm learning Castillian Spanish, so I watch Youtubers from Spain. I don't really watch many videos in Latin American Spanish, in case that's the one you're learning.
good job !!!! i don't think in spanish but i will just say sentences randomly. my name is abigail by the way my mothers name is jill.
