I understand the Welsh fine, but does anyone think the English here is helpful? I can't think of any occasion it would be used.

I can think of contexts where someone would say, "That's it?!" (with an unbelieving or shocked expression, as though expecting much more).

Yes, I think 'Is that it?' would be better - I'm guessing that'd be the same translation.
