They're the same thing. Maybe they say one word more than the other where you're from?

"Last will and testament" is the legal phrase but

I've never heard anyone refer to it as just "testament". It's either a "will" or a "last will and testament".

A Will as in a document which says who gets what when you die, rather than I will do something

Last three or four times it was "testament" even when sounding goofy. Now it is "will". This course is some kind of crap shoot and not the best learning experience.
