Or he could be a young child who still has his baby teeth, of which there only 20. But yes, just as likely, he is a hockey player.

isn't teeth already known to be in the mouth... I find this sentence abit funny, should 'he has twenty teeth' for making more sense? Thanks

It would make more sense, but then you wouldn't be learning the word for mouth :-) And if we want to get a bit silly, one could argue that "he has twenty teeth" could mean he has them in a jar somewhere.
