Report a Problem not functioning

Since the new design was installed I have been unable to report a problem: only the first option is available but once that's been clicked on it is impossible to send. I'm on a MacBook, using Safari 5.1.10 and the screen resolution is 1152 x 720. I have come across one other person so far who has been unable to use report a problem, who also uses a Mac and Safari.

In the 'fill in the blank" questions with word choices, I've noticed recently that the correct word isn't listed as an option. When I make a guess and choose one of the words offered, I get it wrong with the correction showing the word that wasn't even an option.

Upvotes only count from people in the same translation tier as you or higher.
If someone is in a lower tier, they still get XP, but it doesn't count towards your getting to the next tier.

I just finishe'd my daily lessons and a board came on my screen saying that I lost 6 day streak lost. they ask me if I want to pay to fix it or not but my screen doesn't t allow me to do anything?

Five days now so my patience is having a good work out . . . any news? I keep trying to report things (stuff still comes up) but nothing happens. Although I can click on the first option, hitting 'submit' doesn't produce any results at all.

I equally have a problem with DuoLingo on Android and do not know how to report it. First, the app worked perfectly for a couple of weeks, using it every days. Then, starting a couple of days ago, when typing answer, the app gels for a moment, the letter I'm typing seems blocked.. then, after 3-5 seconds, the lesson I was in shuts off and restart at the begining.. what's going on? all other apps on my Samsung Galaxy4s work perfectly, and my phone has plenty of memory space, and I keep DL running alone. I am experiencing a similar problem. Some well completed sections never turn gold. This stalls forward progress massively. To be honest, after months of this, I am just about worn down. Life is too short for going round and round in circles. This is a New Tree glitch, I think. No-one from Duo ever replies. I am now doing Memrise, too. It does not foul up! But I love Duo.

I'm stuck on level 2 Italian. I redid each lesson several times as well as the strengthen new skills part. I answered correctly each time. I can't move up to the next level. I give up. The lessons will not upload any more. This only started a few days ago. Also the facility to use umlauts has disappeared, so when I type the word without umlauts, it tells me I have got it wrong.

Yes me. I need to report a really bad problems in my lessons. I am using firefox and mac. I am given a list of words I am suppose to learn. It gets stuck on one phrase and repeats it 20 times even though I got it right several times. And then I don't even get to learn the vocab I was promised.

Yesterday I am sure I practised the language! I have an iPad and am reviewing my French with Duolingo. Every day after a short time, static develops in the tape, and is so strong that I cannot understand a single word of dictation. I have to turn off my computer, and when I come back, you restart the lesson at the very beginning! This is frustrating, all the more so because it happens repeatedly. How do we fix this?

I'm trying to learn russian but every time I try to start (on the alphabet portion) it asks me to write things in the language (that I don't even know yet) , and doesn't even give me the letters. I can't write anything in Russian without the letters!!!

This what I did, I added the Russian keyboard from my settings in my iPad i am sure that you know how to do that, you must do this. Then I suggest you get a free app to learn the Russian alphabet which takes time to learn’ it. I used this free app called learn the Russian Cyrillic alphabet in three hours it will take you step by step, it is a huge help and it is a great thing to have. You could probably start your duo Russian course at the same time while learning alphabet, i found it great fun learning Russian. Also it is a very good idea to get the Google translater app. You will need to do that when it gets difficult it is a great app, it translates lots of languages. It sounds complicated but it isn’t I’m 70 and i worked it out after a bit of mucking around to get started but is fun to do,

Maybe you can’t have it on two devices, may you could drop the iPad app on your phone and just load it on the iPad it and then hopefully both your devices talk to each other, if not you may have to choose on which device you want the app. I am 70 and not a computer nerd. It shouldn’t harm anything trying it.
