You can't say ήδη?

"ήδη" is an adverb meanly basically "already" . I have already been to Paris. Έχω ήδη πάει στο Παρίσι.

How come there is no Αυτή;

"Αυτή" can also be used. It's correct and is one of the accepted translations.

In English we need to always use: he, she, it etc but in Greek αυτός, αυτή, αυτό are not always necessary and are often omitted. The most common way to say this in Greek is simply "Είναι η ίδια γυναίκα." Of course, "Αυτή" can also be used in this sentence. It's correct and is one of the accepted translations.
